USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. PAYMENTS
Mode of payment - Payments for the products available on Website may be made in the following ways:

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 48 working hours. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within 5-7 working days. Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location.
In case of one or more defective products is in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once.
Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.
CANCELLATION OF UNUSUAL ORDERS
There may be certain orders that Type Beauty Inc. cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing, certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole, etc. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to ship your order.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELATION OF ORDERS
Refunds are only applicable in case of a damaged product is received by you. No refund against cancellation of product will be processed once the product has been dispatched.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on www.typebeautyinc.com.
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 3 to 5 working days from the date on which cancellation request is processed on www.typebeautyinc.com as per the terms as mentioned in the superseding para. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid.

Without any prejudice to particulars listed above, Company shall have the right to seek and obtain any injunctive, provisional or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its trade-mark or other intellectual property rights or confidential information or to preserve the status quo pending arbitration.
For disputes relating to orders outside India, International Arbitration Rules of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply. The seat and venue of International Arbitration shall be New Delhi.
WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS
By accepting the T&C, you hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to join claims with those of other in the form of a class action or similar procedural device, any claims arising out of, relating to, or connection with this T&C must be asserted individually.
TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms of this T&C. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Website and the Company may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel any outstanding orders for Products.
